Spirit practices in Rocky Mount

Spirit's true attitude is finally coming out. She had a great time at the ASFA trial this past weekend. She was able to practice and did wonderful! Here are some pictures Mike took of her during her practice run Saturday afternoon.

Spirit is finally settling in here at Cali Whippets. She and Morgan have become "best friends". They want to play all day and both love the outdoors. I think having a young puppy for her to bond with has helped the transition greatly.
While she seems to be very comfortable here at home, we are still dealing with some car sickness issues. They are slowly improving but I dare not feed her before going in the car.
It was a nice weekend, so yesterday, for the first time, we decided to try a short lure coursing practice with Spirit in our backyard. Oh, what fun! It didn't last long but Mike was able to get some great pictures.
